Our brains read multiple indicators while assessing the age of a person. Even with hyper cared face and neck, hands may disclose real age because it is fatty tissue which is one of the first to leave hands making them sinewy and dried.
Lipofilling of the hands - is an operation that involves harvesting (liposuction) subcutaneous adipose tissue from the patient's body and then injecting prepared, specially processed fat into the area of the hand where atrophy is observed. This operation allows rejuvenating the skin of the hands, giving them a beautiful silhouette, aesthetic appearance, and a tightened shape.

How the fat rejuvenation operation proceeds

- After preliminary anesthesia in the area of lumbus, abdomen or buttocks, the surgeon acquires about 50-60 ml of the patient's own fat
- Then, the adipose tissue is processed in a special way - elements of blood are separated from fat cells, and the fat is injected into the area of the hands with thin needles. The technique of precise modeling with one's own fat allows the hands to regain exactly the same appearance as in youth.
Anesthesia. This procedure is mainly performed under intravenous anesthesia, i.e., it is not general anesthesia - you are injected with a special drug intravenously and you fall asleep literally for 15-20 minutes. I harvest fat from the problem area, and after that, I inject fat into your hands. At this moment, you feel nothing.
Pain sensations: After these procedures, there are no pain sensations in the hands, but there are sensations like from a minor bruise at the fat harvesting sites
