This User Agreement (hereinafter Agreement) regulates the relationship between the owner https://drzykov.com/ (hereinafter Plastic Surgeon Valentyn Zykov or Administration) on the one hand, and the user of the site on the other.

Subject of the agreement
The administration provides the user with the right to post the following information on the site:

Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right:
- to search for information on the site
- to receive information on the site
- to comment on the content posted on the site
- to use site information for personal non-commercial purposes
The administration has the right:
- at its discretion and necessity to create, modify, cancel rules
- to restrict access to any information on the site
- to create, modify, delete information
The user undertakes:
- not to copy information from other sources
- not to distribute information aimed at promoting war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided
- not to disrupt the site's performance
- not to create multiple accounts on the Site if they actually belong to the same person
- not to take actions aimed at misleading other users
- not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services
The administration undertakes:
- to maintain the site's performance, except in cases where it is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration's control.
Responsibility of the parties
- the administration is not responsible for the services provided by third parties
- in case of force majeure (combat actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource
Terms of the Agreement
This Agreement comes into force with any use of this site.
The agreement ceases to be effective when its new version appears.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
